Sereno Check
Your home watched over, even when you are away.
Standard two inspections per month. That is the basis for Sereno to keep good oversight of your home when you are not there. We flag issues, record the inspection and keep you personally informed.

We inspect your home at fixed times. Inside, outside, technical and outdoor area. After each inspection you see exactly what we have seen.

Your home cared for, all year round.
One package that combines everything: two inspections per month while you are away, plus preparation before your arrival and care after your departure. You no longer have to think about what is needed when.

Before arrival
Sereno prepares the home practically so you can enjoy it right away. Depending on the home and agreements, this may include:
- Check and air the home
- Make the beds
- Tidy terrace and garden
- Set up sun loungers, place outdoor cushions
- Set up parasol, make outdoor furniture ready
- Visually check the pool
- Check water, electricity and climate
- Discuss details in advance
Arrive and enjoy right away.
After departure
Sereno makes sure the home is carefully checked and left tidy. Depending on the home and agreements, this may include:
- Bring outdoor cushions inside, store parasol
- Tidy the sun loungers
- Check the home
- Check windows and doors
- Check water/electricity where needed
- Check terrace and outdoor area
- Record details
- Report points of attention

For villas larger than 200 m² a surcharge of €25 per month applies to Sereno Check and Sereno Complete. This surcharge does not apply to Sereno Start.
