At Sereno you do not have an anonymous helpdesk, but familiar faces. Mirella keeps contact personal, Gilbert oversees organisation and execution and Mel is active in daily practice. Together we make sure agreements are not only made, but also properly carried out.

Gilbert makes sure everything fits together behind the scenes. He oversees the approach, plans and coordinates execution and ensures inspections, reports and follow-up actions are handled carefully.
